Updates:
The Central Avenue Bridge over Sanitary & Ship Canal Project is currently in the Stage-1 configuration with one lane open in each direction for the Southbound and Northbound traffic. This configuration is expected to last through July 2024.
Ongoing Construction Activities:

Demolition of the existing Southbound (west half) lanes bridge deck
-
Jacking and Replacement of existing bearings.

Prepare and Pour bridge deck for Southbound traffic for spans 6 thru 33.
